On December 12, 2019, the finals of Volkswagen's "Tomorrow's Technology" Intuitive Innovation Competition concluded successfully in Shekou, Shenzhen. This competition marked Volkswagen's first innovation challenge targeted at Chinese entrepreneurs, focusing on three key themes: driving experience, health and safety, and travel efficiency. The goal was to collaborate with creative Chinese tech companies to develop future mobility experiences tailored to Chinese consumers. After intense competition, "Doctor of Directional Listening" received unanimous praise from the authoritative judges and sparked strong interest among the panel and jury, ultimately winning the "Most Innovative Award."

The "Tomorrow's Technology" project was jointly organized by Volkswagen, 36Kr, and CYZone. Through this initiative, Volkswagen aimed to partner with Chinese innovators to drive automotive industry transformation with human-machine interaction innovations and deliver enhanced mobility experiences.

"Doctor of Directional Listening" stood out among products developed by numerous tech companies not only due to the team's relentless efforts but also because of its unique capabilities. By leveraging high-frequency carrier technology, "Doctor of Directional Listening" confines sound within specific angles and ranges, allowing users to control sound like a beam of light from a flashlight. Simultaneously, it delivers  (new intelligent directional sound environment for automotive driving)! The compact, integrated "Doctor of Directional Listening" product from the "Doctor of Listening" series will create an exclusive private audio-visual space, enhancing travel comfort and privacy.
